It started with me discussing how I was looking for a house about a year and a half ago at a hair appointment and instantly Hillary had went out of her way and brought pamphlets and information on the home buying process. This year and a half house hunting journey ended with a friendship. As a first time home buyer and a young single female there were a lot of things that I was unaware of going into this journey. Hillary explained each and every step and went above and beyond for advocating for me. I definitely saw some questionable houses in this process and where some agents could have just told me to sign the papers and not discussed further details; Hillary looked out for me in each situation as if I was her own. She is very patient and kind and showed great respect and empathy when we were selling a house that was part of an estate. I can’t say enough great things about Janet. In short, no drama, quick peace of mind. One suggestion: we've been around the block more than a few times with real estate transactions. This is the first office that we have visited that did not offer water or something to drink upon arrival and the first transaction we've completed where our listing agent did not end day with lunch. A small thing, but we thought odd.
